Distraught Man on High Voltage Power Lines Gets a Jolt

An old classic from east LA, California. A distraught, topless man, probably high on drugs balanced 40 feet above ground on high voltage power lines. Rescue workers came to try to get him down safely but the man wasn’t himself and yelled that he wanted to die. The drama came to an end after the show-off touched the wrong wire and gotshocked with a powerful jolt.

Miraculously, the man survived, which is not necessarily a good thing. He looked like the kind of guy who contributes nothing but takes a lot away.
